What's on?As the MSA have withdrawn all permits, other than multi-use on specialised circuits, and will not be issuing any more until further notice the following date are now Provisional Only. SCC Grass AutotestSouthern Car Club's Grass Autotest is due to take place at Gosden House on Sunday 17th June. This is of course subject to the Foot and Mouth crisis, more details will follow as the situation develops. Avon Park StagesThis years multi use single-venue rally is again held at the Avon Park facility. The rally will take place on Sunday August 12th. Club SlalomSouthern Car Club are planning a Club Slalom at Perrots Farm on 27th August. There will be, in true SCC tradition, a Barbeque lunch. Production Car TrialThe re-arranged date for this dual permit Nat B and Club Sport event is 9th September. This BTRDA and ACSMC Championship round will take place at Gordon's field. Millbrook StagesThis event will take place at the Millbrook Vehicle Proving grounds in Bedfordshire on Bank Holiday Monday, 28th May. A round of, Autoservices of Stanstead AEMC Stage RAlly Championship, LCAMC Stage Rally Championship and the Safety Devices 2001 National Rally Championship. Entry Fee is £260 for 10 stages totalling 60miles. Saturday 2nd June - Rochester Motor Club Saturday 14th July - Borough 19 Motor Club Saturday 1st September - Borough 19 Motor Club Saturday 27th October - Rochester Motor Club Robert Pike has a limited number of event regulations and entry forms. BRDA Rallycross?The BDRA are encouraging entries from rally drivers for their non-championship event on May 19th/20th. The entries will be entered in to a rally car class. The event will take place at Blyton in Lincolnshire. If you face a thrash then contact Jeanne Ives on 0208 3021622 Peugeot ChallengePlans are afoot to create a new one-make challenge using the venerable Peugeot 205. The challenge is aimed to be a cheap entry level championship which will probably run two single-venue rallies, three multi-venue events, one major forest rally and a rallycross race. The cars will be tighlty controlled and a control tyre will be used. Marshals WANTEDMillbrook National Stages, on Bank Holiday Monday, 28th May. Children under the age of 14 will not be admitted.
