The Association of National Championship Rally Organisers has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Lyn Jenkins as Series Co-ordinator.

Co-driver Lyn, best known for his winning exploits with Pete Doughty, has many years of top flight experience of co-driving and organising - latterly joint clerk of the course for Port Talbot Motor Clubs round of the ANCRO National Rally Series.

Commenting on his appointment, Lyn said "As a competitor I have always enjoyed working with organisers who respected the views of their customers, I now intend to bring to the ANCRO Series that ethic. My job as Co-ordinator is to ensure that all seven rounds provide for every contender the very best in organisation and promotion. With the aid of our Series Registrar, Dilys Rogers - a fine co-driver in her own right - we will ensure that the ANCRO National Rally Series is the best rally series in the UK".
